The Stable Cottage is attached to the farmhouse and comfortably sleeps four people. Perfect for a family, couple or group of friends, the cottage is open all year round.
Outside there’s a raised terrace area with large wood burning hot tub, a seating area and BBQ. Inside the cottage you will find comfy sofas, cheerful rugs and pictures set against the colourful walls. There's a wall mounted TV/DVD player, WiFi, plenty of books and an old piano if you fancy a sing-song! The sitting area has a wood-burning stove for chilly days while the kitchen area is fitted with all the mod cons. The bedrooms are light and uncluttered, with brass bedsteads and colourful quilts and the shower room is modern and spacious.
The main bedroom at one end of the building has a king bed and the second bedroom has a pair of single beds, there is also space in either bedroom for a travel cot. The cottage mainly looks towards our barns and courtyard, views around the farm can be seen from the end bedroom which has double doors outside and access to the hot tub and garden area.
A well behaved dog is welcome to stay too during the winter months in our low season, please click here to read our dog rules.
Bed linen and towels are provided along with a complimentary starter box of logs for the woodburner, we also provide washing up things and some tea and coffee making provisions. If you have hired the hot tub there is a wood store with logs, kindling and firelighters for firing up the hot tub.
The hot tub is an extra, it costs £50 if you are staying for 2-3 nights, £70 for a 4 night mid-week stay, and £100 if you are staying for a week. If you would like to hire it, please select it as an extra when you make your booking.
Our shop is open from the start of the Easter holidays to the end of October, you'll find our shop along with the little playground in the glamping field, less than a minute's walk away.
Although the shop is closed in the winter we can still organise home cooked dishes, breakfast hampers, meat from the farm or wine for your stay, just get in touch if you would like anything left in your fridge for your arrival.
