Book a Hot Tub Pre Heat, Steaming & Ready To Get In When You Arrive!
If you are staying in the cottage or cabin in the winter months from November to March, we recommend you ask us to heat your hot tub for you. We charge £29 on top of the hot tub hire to heat the water for you and you will be glad you booked this service if you do! When it's cold it can take a really long time to get the water steaming hot, a good 4 hours plus on a cold winter's night. Once the water's hot on your first night, it will stay warm for the following day and only take an hour or so to re-heat which you can do easily yourselves.
The hot tub water is changed between every set of guests and is freezing cold before the water burner is lit. The water is heated by continually burning seasoned logs in a stove within the hot tub unit and the hot metal chimney heats the water.
To book a hot tub pre-heat please get in touch well before your stay so we can email over the invoice and make sure we have staff available to heat the water for you before you arrive.
Please note we rarely offer pre-heats on a Saturday and we only offer this service for the cottage and cabin, not the safari tents.
