Working Farm Glamping Holidays on in the South West
One of the best things about working farm holidays is that they offer a wonderful opportunity for families to disconnect with their gadgets and reconnect with nature. There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sounds of the countryside! A stay on a working farm not only allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but also allows you time to relax and take in nature all around you. Whether it’s the sounds of the farm animals in our fields, or a tractor rolling over the nearby fields there is something magical about farm holidays.
We have a choice of accommodation on our farm, both raw glamping in safari tents where you're very close to nature, or our holiday cottage where you have a few more electrics and home comforts like TV and WiFi if you need to stay connected, or our cabin which is a combination of glamping and holiday cottage as it has a few more gadgets than the safari tents.
All our accommodation has private wood fired hot tubs, perfect for relaxing on the farm at the end of a day out exploring. Our glamping has firepits and hammocks too.
We're a small working farm with lots of friendly animals to meet and you can join us for a farm tour to get a bit closer at animal feeding time. As well as the farm animals we have no shortage of wild animals - rabbits, badgers, foxes, buzzards, wild deer, frogs and lizards too.
Our farming neighbours also keep animals- you'll see lots of chickens, sheep and horses around the village, and there are tame wild ponies on Exmoor and the Quantocks, and wild goats on some parts of Exmoor as well.
