Coronavirus (COVID-19) FAQ , updated 28/3/2020
First and most importantly we hope you and your families are home and well in this very worrying time for all of us. If you were due to stay with us between March and 15th May then we have already emailed you suggesting alternative dates, please reply to this email as soon as you can so we can get you booked in for the future. If you are due to stay here after the 15th May, please hang on, we will be in touch soon.
Can I still go on my holiday?
No, there is a Non Essential Travel Restriction in place from 23rd March for at least three weeks, probably longer and the Government has asked everyone to stay at home.
We cannot predict when the restriction will be lifted in terms of future guest stays. We hope it will be lifted at some point in May or June but it is very uncertain at the moment.
Can I postpone my stay?
Yes you can. We have already been in touch with all guests due to stay up until 15th May and offered you new dates. For any guests staying beyond mid May and who have only paid a deposit, we will be in touch with you soon.
Can I cancel my holiday and have a refund?
Should you prefer to cancel your holiday, we would advise you to check with your travel insurer as to whether you are covered. If so and you can put in a claim, then please contact us saying you want to cancel your holiday and we can then issue you the necessary paperwork to submit to them.
If you have not taken out travel insurance regretfully we cannot refund your payment, we will instead offer you alternative options as above.
Please stay home, stay well, we have to wait and see how this situation unfurls.
